People Performance Specialist, Co-founder and Director of Momentum4
With over 25 years of experience in organisational development, Lara co-founded Momentum4 to help leaders, teams, and individuals unlock performance through the power of well-being, energy, and positive leadership.
At the heart of her approach is a Performance Model grounded in the four dimensions of resilience – Mind, Body, Emotions, and Purpose. Lara believes sustainable high performance starts with human energy, and she brings this to life through experiential learning, coaching, and transformational programmes.
Her career spans both public and private sectors, from global consultancies like PwC and Stantec to Pharmaceutical, local government, NHS, and the United Nations. She has developed a significant footprint within the construction and engineering industries – sectors where performance, safety, and resilience are critical, supporting leaders to build high-performing teams. She has also led pioneering programmes such as the WRU Female Accelerate Coaches initiative, helping women rise into coaching and leadership roles within International Rugby.
As a mother of two daughters and passionate advocate for equity, Lara is committed to inclusivity and supporting women in leadership. In partnership with Sussex University, she co-authored a white paper exploring barriers to senior roles for women, and now specialises in helping women harness their strengths – including navigating menopause in the workplace.
With an MSc in Applied Positive Psychology, Lara blends science, empathy, and strategy to create cultures where people thrive. Whether facilitating performance conversations, coaching executives, or designing change interventions, she brings energy, warmth, and a deep belief in human potential.
