We are delighted that The Leadership Blueprint’s strategic principal partner, Cantarus, is fully funding two Bursary places for the 2026 cohort of our leadership development programme. created specifically for the unique challenges of membership bodies, professional institutes, and non-profit organisations.

Like The Leadership Blueprint, Cantarus believes that every organisation deserves confident, capable leaders – regardless of size or resources. To ensure our programme is accessible across the membership and non-profit community, we are delighted to offer this Bursary Scheme for the 2026 cohort.

About the Bursary

The bursary covers the full cost of the four-module Leadership Blueprint programme, including all in-person sessions, diagnostics, materials, and peer learning support. It is designed for leaders who demonstrate commitment to personal growth and impact but whose organisations may have limited professional development budgets.

Each bursary recipient will join the full 2026 cohort, starting with Module 1 (in-person) 20 January 2026 – central London and gain access to every element of the programme – from leadership diagnostics and strategy workshops to peer boardroom sessions and alumni membership.

Across 2026, delegates will develop a practical toolkit including:

• Personalised leadership diagnostic and profile
• Commercial strategy playbook
• Product innovation portfolio map
• Data and AI governance framework
• Culture and succession blueprint
• Systems improvement canvas

Who Should Apply?

The bursary is designed for professionals who:

• Work within a membership organisation, professional institute, charity or non-profit
• Hold roles such as Head of Department, Director, Assistant/Deputy Director, or C-Suite
• Are leading cultural, digital, strategic or organisational change
• Would benefit from high-quality leadership development but face budget constraints
